I’ve had a really good experience with Avid Storage in Pembroke Pines. Jessy at the front desk has always been super helpful and attentive anytime I’ve needed anything. He’s friendly, professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about helping people out. You can tell he takes pride in his job and treats customers with respect. The facility has been reliable, clean, and easy to work with, but honestly good customer service like that makes a huge difference these days. Big shoutout to Jessy for always being kind, courteous, and just an overall solid dude. Definitely appreciate everything he’s done for me over the years. Highly recommend this location.
