She was able to relocate my unit and explained all the additional charges and how the facility worked - gate access, keys, hours and answered all of my questions What a wonderful welcome Also it is nice that locks are provided as part of the rental!

????? Five Stars for HJ! I was about two seconds away from losing my mind after calling the number on the door and getting bounced around to a call center. Enter HJ. She absolutely squared me away, saved my sanity, and single-handedly renewed my faith in Public Storage. She is an absolute asset to the Palm Bay location. Because of her, my motorcycle is safe, sound, and secure, and I didn’t have to pull my hair out to make it happen. If management is reading this: give HJ a raise, a trophy, or at least extra vacation days. She’s the best!
