The manager at this prime storage is phenomenal. Her name is Jessica, she was gone for a while and then came back, and I was so glad to see when she finally came back. She helped me with multiple things with my monthly fee. Every time it was raised, she was able to help me maintain it at the price I originally paid also I had a pod that was brought in.She helped me with every thing that had to do with that move.She's the best manager that was ever at that location in the 4 years i had my things stored there. I had a very smooth acquisition of a storage space within a few minutes of me calling and requesting it. The space was clean but above everything else the excellent Customer Service meant the most.
