I love it here. This is my second time renting at this location. My furniture is safe and secure. The front desk personnel is always so friendly and helpful, they are vey knowledgeable of the facility. Vin has been a great deal of resource as he helps navigate me through the process.

Paul made what could have been a stressful errand genuinely pleasant. I came in not knowing what size unit I needed, and he made the whole experience easy from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and took the time to physically show me the available options rather than just describing them, no pressure, no rush. You can tell he actually wants to help, not just check a box. This is exactly the kind of service you hope for but don't always get, and it's the reason I'm leaving this review.
