Car storage units in Florida

Politeness and knowledgeable are best descriptions for their customer service. John will explain your choices in detail and will go beyond to achieve your satisfaction as a customer. Respectful and well versed. Great guy!

Excellent experience and service. Clean and easy enrollment process.

I’ve been with Extra Space Storage for over 10 years and have honestly never had a single problem. The location always felt safe, clean, and very well maintained. The customer service has consistently been amazing throughout the years — friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. It’s hard to find a company this reliable for such a long period of time. In my opinion, they are the best storage company in the business. Highly recommend!- Carlos

Amazing location I’ve leased here numerous amounts of time & Kenny the manager is patient, informed, and knowledgeable she’ll take care of your rental needs here I wouldn’t go anywhere else

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Audrey, the site manager is absolutely wonderful to work with, providing a knowledgeable / professional experience each & every time! True asset to this business / location! They’re very fortunate to have her!! Very knowledgeable / reputable business and associates alike!! I’ve been utilizing them for sometime and I refer them to all of my friends & family and would definitely refer them to anyone who is looking for a business that is TRUSTWORTHY and more than generous In their market space! I’ve done business with Similar organizations in this capacity and I can tell you not one of them has come close to the PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE that you’ll encounter at EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IN CORAL SPRINGS! Many businesses in this market are very questionable, however, each and every time I’ve utilized them myself & or referred them to friends & family Audrey has ensured a transactionally confident process from start to finish, making the entire experience completely transparent & fair!! They honestly deserve 10 stars! Rest assured you can conduct business with them with the UTMOST CONFIDENCE!!

I want to thank Ms.Margie super nice, and really helpful

Public storage just bought another storage company and mergers can be chaotic! After some initial chaos, Barry, Sylas, and Sam got me into the unit and even threw in a lock! Even within the chaos of merging in 1,200 new storage locations, good people like Barry, Sylas, and Sam will carry a company through! Thanks again

The storage units were exceptionally clean. Xavior was so helpful in making sure I got the right storage unit and showing me exactly where it was. He made the entire process quick and easy. Great customer service!
