I have two storage units on Michigan and I have one on Fairfield. The staff in both places are exceptional. Mike is the bomb!!! Does his job very well, is very punctual, and is on time all the time. And Brandy at the Fairfield location is very kind, understanding and stays on top of everything. They helped me out of a spot. My brother had passed and then my mother. I had to take a whole of furniture, papers and other stuff. I put as much as I could in my home. I needed more room. I rented a spot and filled it up. For over a year I sold, donated and got rid of as much stuff as I could. I had gotten rid of what I could and only had a little left. I closed out the unit. I like the fact that I could go there when I needed to. I’ve been there as late as 11:00 at night with no problem. Also the property has cameras and keypad entry making it more secure.
