Scott is really great at both taking care of the place and taking care of customers. I love how they have a gate that you need a code to get in and they aren’t 24/7 so it’s easier to know who comes and goes

Nicole Victory Mgr, Christian and Jessica at both facilities on State Road 7 on Hollywood Blvd. and Miramar Pkwy locations were exceptional ! They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Nicole in particular was extremely helpful in setting up my account explaining the process and accommodating the close out of one account and opening of a second account for the outdoor rental space for my 32 foot RV. I can’t thank them enough!

Dealt with these guys about a decade ago- when I needed a storage- and they were fair and responsive, so I thought that I’d try them again. New location on Beach Blvd., dealt with Glenn. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Place looks great and happy to say that they are still fair and responsive!

I recently dealt with RJ at Extra Space storage RJ was friendly and knowledgeable about what was available to rent I wanted a specific unit but it was not available at that time It became available and he was more than willing to help me change the unit to the one that was a better fit It is nice to have someone willing to go above and beyond to help a customer Thanks to him and his co worker Daryl I will be letting my friends know where to go for storage
