I cannot say enough wonderful things about Barbara, the manager at All Aboard Storage in New Smyrna Beach. From my very first phone call, she was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. I called several times with questions and she never once made me feel like I was bothering her. She took the time to make sure we were able to get the two storage units we needed and made the entire process so much easier for us. We were in the middle of a move with plenty of paperwork and details to deal with and Barbara was so understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. She is genuinely one of those people who makes you feel welcome and cared for. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and it is obviously that Barbara takes tremendous pride in her work and in the property she manages. I was amazed to learn that Barbara has been with All Aboard for 41 years! That kind of loyalty, dedication, and work ethic is incredibly rare. After meeting her, I can completely understand why she been there for so long she represents the company beautifully. All the board is extremely fortunate to have Barbara, and I sincerely hope she receives a recognition she deserves for more than four decades of hard work and dedication, employees like Barbara are truly special and should be celebrated. Thank you, Barbara for making our experience such a positive one you are an absolute gem! -Sue + Don
