The storage facility and were always good. The staff were very friendly and helpful every time I interacted with them. Overall experience was good.

I want to recognize Pam for the outstanding job she does managing this property. She is always accessible, helpful, and extremely accommodating. I recently had to move my storage unit, and she made the process as easy as possible. She keeps the property spotless and clearly takes pride in what she does. I have been renting storage units for over 20 years, and it has become harder and harder to find properties where there is still a real person managing the location and caring about the customers. With so many large companies outsourcing and automating everything, the people who are still on-site seem to be expected to wear many hats. Pam goes above and beyond. She offered water to my sons while they were helping me move, and I also noticed her making sure an elderly customer was okay. She is not always sitting at the front desk because she is actually out working... cleaning, checking units, helping customers, turning units over, and keeping the place running. Honestly, Pam is the only reason I did not move my business to another storage facility. That says everything about the value she brings. She makes customers feel taken care of, and she deserves real recognition for the pride, professionalism, and kindness she brings to her work every day.

So easy to access. LOVE that it is 24/7 access, and that they have 2 different keypads to get in! One normal, and one for big rigs! ????
