Absolute lifesavers. Could not have asked for better. I don't write reviews often, but Menards Moving & Storage earned every word of this. I was in a tough spot — cleaning out an apartment, dealing with a lot of physical limitations due to a service-connected hip injury (70% VA disability), and honestly just overwhelmed. I needed help, and I needed people who weren't going to judge the situation or make it harder than it already was. Menards showed up and delivered in every possible way. From the first phone call, they were professional, patient, and actually listened to what I needed. No upsell. No runaround. Just straight talk and a fair price. The crew that came out worked their asses off. Fast, careful, and respectful. They didn't complain. Didn't slow down. Didn't treat my stuff like just another job. They moved everything efficiently, wrapped what needed wrapping, and asked questions when they weren't sure instead of guessing — which I respect enormously. I asked for help. He’s honest, very clear A articulate when speaking to customers, very detailed oriented and you can tell that he really is committed to this company and is very knowledgeable. I will recommend all my friends and families to Nick and extra space storage. Awesome service to the customer (Tavis is a good person).

I moved from Colorado and we got a storage unit after arriving. I have dealt with the manager Janine Howard a couple times including move in. She was professional and friendly. She pointed out the benefits of one unit compared to another on the move in and helped us later again sharing information that made our decisions more informed. Highly recommend this location. They are lucky to have her.

The customer service here is great!!! Kelsys always makes sure I am taken care of and communicates with me well whenever I have questions. The facility is also always clean, which is amazing.
