Love this place and always taken care of but might have to find new spot cause charge rate going from 207 to 254 out of nowhere and need to find cheaper.

I had to upgrade to a larger unit. It was quick and easy. The unit was right next to the one I already had. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Nichole was wonderful to work with. My family and I were in the middle of a stressful move, and she took extra time to make sure we were settled into our storage units and understood everything. She answered every question we had, never made us feel rushed, and made a hectic day feel much more manageable. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean the facility is. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing our belongings would be stored in a place that’s so well maintained. Customer service like Nichole’s is hard to find, and it says a lot about Avid Storage that someone like her is the first person customers meet. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Avid Storage in Lynn Haven.

Checked in today…friendly, clean and efficient….they even gave me a tootsie roll! Super nice people, and the storage room was hospital clean……thanks to a great team!

Let’s face it, spending money on storage is like having to buy a vacuum cleaner. Most people would rather spend there money on something else. I wasn’t thrilled about having to spend money on a storage unit, however Randi at the Convenience, Way, Fort Myers location made the experience incredibly easy and she is just wonderful to deal with! I outgrew my current storage unit and needed to lease a larger space. Randi spent the time to find me a unit in my current building to ease the pain of moving my contents. She spent the time to give me a tip on how to maximize my move time between units (I believe you normally have just 24 hours) and I believe she saved me money. What an amazing woman! Thanks Randi! I recommend Extra Space Storage on Convenience Way in Fort Myers and you should ask for Randi! She’s wonderful!
