Again, an outstanding facility! In an era when customer service is no longer a priority, this is NOT the case with Next Door self storage on Wolf's crossing! Kim has taken care of me over the last 3 years when I have needed space for various reasons. My son broke the key off in the lock and Kim worked with me for 20 minutes to assist me in utilizing her OWN tool from her car to get the jammed piece out, saving me a "cut off" charge of $75! I now affectionally refer to her as "McGyver." I have to say I am thrilled with Kim and the entire overall cleanliness of this facility!
