Timeframe March 2024 - catching up on reviews...... There were no problems or concerns and the location was convenient. I had to figure out what to do with my brothers belongings when we had to move him into a supervised nursing facility. The staff/owner was very polite and professional. When it was time for us to remove his stuff and close it out, the process went smoothly. Couldn't have asked for.

Original post edited 6/26/26: We got spaces at a satellite facility. Nice covered spaces! The company was readily responsive to our needs related to an initial 4 star review! It was a pleasant surprise to find such nice covered spaces and a friendly, responsive company! Those things are lacking in so many companies these days that it's wonderful to find one who is attuned to their clientele and want to see them happy! We definitely recommend Prime Storage to others!
