If I wasn’t happy, I wouldn’t still be there. Security has always been one of the biggest strengths of this facility. The property feels well-monitored, controlled, and professionally managed. I’ve stored valuable items over the years and have always felt confident that everything was protected and safe. The units themselves are clean, solid, and well maintained. I have one of the larger units located closer to the main entrance, which makes access especially convenient. Being able to pull up easily and unload without hassle is a huge plus. Staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with logistics, or handling account details, they’ve always been professional and straightforward. Another nice bonus is that they also rent U-Haul trucks on site, which makes moving or rearranging storage much more convenient. Having everything in one place simplifies the process. Overall, this has been a reliable, secure, and well-run storage facility for many years. If you’re looking for long-term storage in Saint Paul and want peace of mind, this is a solid choice.
