Sharon was the most helpful employee at any business that I’ve encountered in quite a while. She made the process so quick that I almost couldn’t believe it. She explained all the details carefully, and made sure that I understood all the ins and outs of the process. 10/10 would recommend renting a space here!

Just rented a spot from these guys and the customer service is outstanding really. I got the push carts and everything you have a working elevator they have cameras on long everything secured as heck. Compared to CubeSmart which is what we came from this place is five stars where is CubeSmart would be like to get a half a star I recommend these guys everything is fine- no complaints

Good experience from the first call inquiring on availability. The former storage. Not far from this location, Kept raising the price on the RV parking spot. So much we had to move. When the space is as much or close to the payment of the RV it’s time to move. Free or almost free (1$) first month. And 110$ less than the last place. How can you say anything else? The best for the price and location is less than 2 miles from residence.

Absolutely incredible experience. Lift curve create an immediate need for storage. I am fortunate enough to try Extra Space. I told my situation and without me asking I was offered a promotion which allowed me to pay exactly 10 times less than what I anticipated. Exactly 10 times less. I was shocked to find a brand new looking space facility with an incredible manager (Jorge) on site. Jorge picked up from where my phone call with another representative was left. Jorge helped me to navigate to my unit for the first time and showed around. It was not even 15 minutes from the moment I was stock with an issue in unfamiliar neighborhood until my very unusual cargo has crossed the line of my newly rented storage at Extra Space. Extra Space set up an incredibly high line of client care, record keeping, and availability of the right option which perfectly fit my need. Thank you Jorge, thank you Extra Space Storage

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage on 6909 W. Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas. The facility was clean, well maintained, and felt secure. What really made the experience stand out was Consuella. She provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, but Consuella definitely does. She made the whole process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Consuella.
