Had a great experience with Extra Space Storage, especially when it came time for me to move everything out and check out of my unit. The customer service here was honestly some of the best I’ve dealt with at a storage facility. Everyone was friendly, patient and actually took the time to guide me through the process instead of just rushing me out the door. Huge shoutout to Konnie, Glory & Nathaniel! Probably the friendliest team I’ve encountered here. They answered all my questions, made the checkout process super easy and made sure I understood everything before leaving.
