    This location has gone downhill and management is completely unresponsive. I’ve been requesting a simple light bulb replacement—or even a brighter bulb—for my unit for over 8 months. The light is completely burned out, making my unit dangerously dark. Every time I ask for help, I get the runaround, but nothing is ever actually fixed. Meanwhile, my rent has gone up, despite this unresolved issue. To make matters worse, the facility is poorly maintained. There is a recurring issue with someone defecating and urinating in the hallways and even in units. Yes, really. This has happened multiple times, and management still hasn’t addressed it. The front gate has been broken for months, which makes accessing the property a huge inconvenience. While the staff are generally polite, it’s clear they are either under-resourced or simply not keeping up with maintaining the property.
