Great staff at the unit in yaphank. They answered all my questions. I was signing up online and a staff member called me during the process to see if I had any other questions. I was able to sign up easily online. I was oriented to the facility when I arrived and shown how to use the lock they provided. It is clean and appears to be very safe. They have cameras all over the place to make sure your belongings are safe. Overall a great experience. Facility was clean and organized. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate just book it!!!
