Things you should know: The units are not lit. Climate control is hit or miss. Access is a pain. There are a limited number of carts, time your visit right. So why am I giving this a five star? Kim and Greg. Kim and Greg went above and beyond in helping us move out of the unit. They really came through when we needed them. They would definitely be justification to go to this Public Storage location. I don't know what they're getting paid, but they deserve at least double that.
