I had a great experience with Anthony at Public Storage. From the very beginning, he made the whole process easy and stress-free. When I first came in to purchase moving boxes, he took the time to help me choose the right sizes and made sure I had everything I needed for my move. The facility was always clean, well-maintained, and organized every time I visited. When it was time to move out, Anthony explained the entire move-out process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made everything simple. He even went above and beyond by helping me coordinate access so I could move my belongings out early in the morning before heading to work and before the Texas heat got unbearable. That extra level of customer service made a huge difference. Anthony is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. It's rare to find someone who goes the extra mile the way he does. If you're looking for a storage facility with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend this location. I must say that I am very impressed with this public storage facility. The staff is very friendly, professional, helpful and very quick in returning my calls. The entire facility is very clean and my unit is also very nice, clean and spacious for what I need. The process in getting it took me less than 3 minutes online and my storage unit was immediately available and ready with even a lock for me to have and use when I got there 10 minutes later.
