DO NOT RENT HERE ! I was forced to leave everything I own due to the entire building being infested with RATS and rat poop! They do not answer the phones to even be able to discuss anything with the property manager . I will be taking legal action and calling an inspector to come out this property it is DISGUSTING ! If I could leave 0 stars I would . There are MANY other renters dealing with this rat issue the building needs to be demolished. Do not listen to the positive reviews all of your stuff will be infested as well. ... Read more

This place is awful! There is rat droppings all throughout our unit and the hallways. It smells like moth balls and is not clean. The doors are either always broken and open or they just won’t unlock and always trying to have to figure out how to get into the building. I have tried to call them several times and have never been able to get ahold of someone on the phone and no one ever calls me back. Worst service and quality! ... Read more

I recently used Public Storage for my storage needs, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They took the time to explain the various options available and helped me find the perfect unit for my belongings. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure. I felt confident leaving my items there, knowing they were protected. The access hours are convenient, and I appreciated the well-lit areas that made accessing my unit easy, even in the evenings. Additionally, the rental process was straightforward and transparent, with no hidden fees. I found the pricing to be very competitive, especially considering the quality of service provided. Overall, I highly recommend Public Storage if you’re looking for a reliable storage solution. Great customer service, secure facilities, and a hassle-free experience made my time here stress-free! ... Read more

Best facilities and staff at this location! Emma was filling in today and although it wasn't her normal store, she was super helpful and kind. She took the time to help me locate my unit (it has been a years since I personally was here). I had my keys and my ID but I couldn't remember the code. She was extremely helpful kind and professional. You could tell she genuinely wanted to serve her customers! ???????? Upon arriving to my unit I was trying to find the key code to open up the interior door and overheard music. I saw a female staff member doing her walk and cleaning. I didn't catch her name.. I knocked on the door to ask her to let me in. She did not and said that I'd have to use the code. I greatly appreciate their adherence to policy and security for our belongings at this facility. She was also very kind and you could tell that she took pride in her work as well. 10 stars for all the staff here! ??????????? ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.

To open your storage unit door, start by unlocking it, whether it uses a traditional padlock or a Bluetooth-enabled smart lock. Once unlocked, grab the bottom handle and lift or pull up the roll-up door until it’s fully open.

If you’re using the unit for the first time, make sure the lock is properly removed before opening the door to avoid damage.

Security helps protect your belongings while they’re in storage and gives you peace of mind between visits. Many self storage facilities use a combination of features such as video surveillance, gated access, on-site management, and well-lit premises to help deter unauthorized access.

At Public Storage - 7500 North Macarthur Blvd, available security amenities may include Security Camera, Gate, Onsite Manager, designed to help keep your items protected.

Yes, most standard vehicles can be stored in self storage units. A 10x20 unit typically provides enough space for a car, while outdoor or designated parking areas may be available for larger vehicles.

    • Hazardous, flammable, or toxic materials
    • Perishable food
    • Live plants or animals
    • Cash, firearms, or irreplaceable valuables
