Bonnie was Great!!!! safe storage unit. Workers are good people.

Megan is always extremely helpful anytime I need anything. I do not care for public storage. I hope they at least keep Megan here.

They’ve had my business for over 4 years now.

Not is it only in a great location, the units are climate controlled. The staff is wonderful, if you have an issue just communicating with them goes along way. I recommend them to anyone needing a place to put their belongings and wanting top customer service.

If I have any questions or concerns I always contact Stephanie. South Desert Blvd location in El Paso. She is always helpful and prompt in addressing any question or concern. The facility is always kept clean and in excellent condition.

You save $$ by booking online, call if you have questions.

Their facility is secure, buildings dry, and vermin-free, they have good communication with their clients, and offer periodic discount rates - so pay attention!

Shanice assisted us today & she deserves double the stars!! She was patient & accommodating, she was quite knowledgeable & helpful, and for us likeable!! Thank you Shanice for all you do!!????????????????????

This place has been very good to me. Great to work with, very friendly, and accommodating of my storage needs. Their prices are very affordable and the staff is genuinely great to work with. Ginny was especially helpful in answering my questions and resolving any concerns I had. If you're looking for storage space, I would highly recommend Honey Egypt Self Storage!

A most appreciative thank you to the owners of Kingwood Elite Storage for making right a wrong that occurred at the facility.. my 400$ extention ladder was taken from atop of my enclosed trailer. These good people, by reviewing security footage and then by means unknown, recovered it and put it back where it was. What a breath of fresh air it is to have people look out for you when you need it. Sincerely.
