Car storage units in Texas

Nice and clean and great price!! Staff was also friendly.

Diane was super nice, knowledgeable and easy to work with. It’s nice to have that human touch rather than just automated key cards/websitea!!

Very nice guy and very professional

Got an issue with the power box in my unit and until now still no update. I spoke to Joy last few days and she was very professional at her job informing me about their process with the manager on site. Thank you

Our experience with Safe and Secure Storage in Waco came about because our daughter is attending Baylor University. During the summer she moved out of student housing and put her things in the indoor storage. She came back after summer and picked her things up no problem, no drama. I found the monthly fee reasonable and the managers easy to talk to and ask questions if I needed. I liked the account portal they set me up with. I was easy to use and easy to pay through. We’ll store our daughter’s things there again.

Easy and pain free sign up. Very friendly.

Audrey went out of her way to help me even though I was vacating a unit. That's top notch customer service. We will definitely keep using them and referring our customers/clients from our moving company (RoadStar Moving). Everything has been easy to take care of with The Storage Center - College Station, Texas!

I would absolutely rent here again. The facility was always clean, easy to access, and the staff made everything from move-in to move-out simple and efficient.

Amanda was great with assisting me with a new storage her energy and professionalism is unmatched. Will refer her there customers!

I needed storage for a few months and KO Storage was very convenient and had great customer service. Even over the phone. I even had to move to a larger storage unit at one point and they made it very easy.

Very patient and helpful staff. Victor helped us switch units when our light didnt work

With the change in ownership of the company. The people are making some great changes but the thing they did not change was the management and we are so greatful for that. Katina is the best manager ever , she is always there and always willing to listen and support us. I give Katina 5 stars every day of the week. We will miss Riley.

I had a great experience with this storage facility. Brent was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The unit was clean, secure, and easy to access, and I felt confident leaving my belongings there. The property was always well-maintained, and the pricing was fair for the quality of service provided. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their items.

The best customer service Ive had all year ! Ms.Tora is amazing!
