I stopped by the store to get some information for my father-in-law. The ladies in the office are so nice and friendly. I looked at 2 different units & I noticed how the hallways are very clean, no trash. That’s a plus! Corinna was very professional and VERY knowledgeable! The facility is very clean! I’m hope the info I received my father in law will chose this place for his storage needs!!

Tarah Williams was outstanding. Her location was about to close and she made sure we were able to obtain a U-Haul and a storage unit, even after the store had closed. Rooms 2 Go was forcing us to remove the furniture we purchased before our move in date. It made us have to find some where to store our furniture last minute. Tarah Williams you are a God send and I thank you. Absolutely outstanding service.

I am a goober and ran off without locking my storage. Within half an hour, I received a call from Luis to tell me that they had put a temporary lock on my unit because I had left it open!!! ?? Can you imagine?! I hadn’t even realized! Above and beyond five star service! Excellent!

I have used Extra space storage for many years in Baytown Texas. I needed a place to store pictures etc. for my daughter after she and her husband relocated to another state. The location is great and it created much needed space in my house once I was able to store her things. I have been sick for a few weeks and was late making the payment this month and I was touched by how kind and understanding Brittany was when I was finally able to call her this afternoon. She was very kind and understanding ?? the customer service is excellent and I wanted Brittany to know how much I truly appreciated her.
