So helpful to get us set up with a unit to store our overflow as we moved to McGregor. The location is so easy to access right off of old Lorena Road. We chose a climate controlled unit so it would be comfortable as we sorted through our boxes. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

We had our move-in day yesterday at Outrig Storage Facility Keller East with our newly acquired RV, and overall it turned into a fantastic experience thanks to their outstanding customer service. After getting parked and plugged in, we noticed the electrical outlets at our spot had been installed upside down, making it difficult for the power cord to sit properly without pulling loose. We mentioned this to Amy as we were getting ready to head out, fully expecting it might take several days or even a week to resolve. To our surprise, Amy took immediate action and had an electrician at our site in less than two hours. The issue was addressed quickly and professionally. That level of responsiveness is rare and truly appreciated. Huge thanks to Amy for going above and beyond, and to the electrician as well (sorry I didn't catch your name!) Excellent customer service like this makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Don't know how much of a review you can do on storage, but hey here we go. I have had no issues, but no matter what storage you choose to use, there's always that phenomenal conspiracy theory,... When I go to move my items to storage or out of storage, I can never find anyone that wants to help move this S#it..Lol.. Strange... ?? I've enjoyed doing business here. Thanks you..

Came by my storage unit today to start moving some stuff, and Johnnie was there cleaning. She noticed how hot I was and offered me a bottle of water. She’s so sweet. It’s the little things like that that make you truly appreciate good people. Kindness doesn’t have to be big to make a difference.
