Easiest process ever! Thank you to Valencia who went above and beyond showing us different units in person and comparing prices and best fits. She took the time to answer all my questions and walk thru everything with us. Will definitely recommend this location to anyone! She was up front about all fees so there were no surprises like other places of extra charges that were not discussed.

Ali!!! Ali!!! Ali!! When I say this person is attentive and helpful and kind! I mean that. I was moving out of my storage unit and my car battery died. A bit of a back story I had all of the car doors open to easily transport things inside of there from the storage unit. I never had an issue before, so it was beyond me when that happened. My boyfriend who was with me had his car but since he has a coupe, charging up my battery wouldn’t work. So I called to the office to inform them of my recent move out and I asked, by the way do you have jumper cables to help me with my car. And the person on the other line was Ali, and he swiftly responded with a yes. So durning that time, I waited for him and he came to my car immediately. He had his equipment with him and he immediately went into action. He hooked up the machine to my car and 20 mins later my car was working!! So to Ali, thank you for your impeccable customer service and helping me to get moving again.

The area is safe and there are no inconveniences in using it. I am always satisfied. However, the rent has gone up a lot since the beginning, so it is a bit of a burden.

I have rented a storage space for my personal items here. I want to share my experience with the Mosby Chantilly location. I found a great deal for the unit size I needed. I purchased it online but unfortunately the e deal didn’t get applied and I was not provided the discount. The manager Christene is very helpful and support. Upon understanding my situation, she immediately updated my reservation to apply the discounts and got necessary approvals in no time! Highly recommend Christene and the location!

Move in and move out were really easy. Staff is great. They jack up the prices frequently after your trial period is over, but I think all the storage places do that.
