Ahmad is a good person, helpful, knows the property well. I recommend this location, been using it for 3 years, might use a different location soon but purely based on location and convenience; service has always been top notch here! Edit: Visited today, about 6 months afterwards. Nobody there (I mean, I heard someone but on the weekends I'll usually actually see people), everything clean and functional. Continue to recommend! Edit2: probably been 3 years since my last review, it's a rainy day, I forgot my code + card with the code on it and didn't want to block the gate with my window down letting rain fall in the car, but even though it was after 5 a super awesome, kind, and helpful woman logged back into the system and helped me install the app and get logged in. The app is actually super useful as these things often aren't, and for her help she charged me a review. Guess I owe her one, because it's just an update, and thanks to her help with the app I won't have to talk to anyone there again (lol!), but I'm doing what I can :)

Update (4/29/2026): My experience with this Extra Space Storage location on Maries Rd in Sterling was excellent. I started out with a 10x10 about 3 years ago, moved to a 5x10, and just emptied my locker because I no longer have a need for storage. The location was very convenient and everything was awesome. ???? I was able to easily rent a unit online and electronically sign all the lease documents. Jen was very friendly and showed me to the unit and how to get around. Everything has been excellent.
