5-8-26...I wanted to write a another review........?? this one is for Terry the only 1 in VA bch district!...the red head. I spoke with her due to a little situation that she handle like a pro. I definitely appreciate her great customer as well as her great personality. I just wanted to say thanks again Terry continue to be great! Ryan was super helpful. She was very informative and explained everything I needed to know. Then, what really took me over the top, she highlighted informative information on the contract that was important. Ryan customer service was definitely an asset to the company. Yes, I would recommend this location. THANKS, Ryan!

Have dealt with Kaitlin on several occasions. She is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the Extra Space Storage location on Baxter road in Va. Beach. She would be an excellent choice to replace the outgoing manager at this site. She is on top of the current conditions and any problems that arise.

I recently switched from Public Storage to Extra Space Storage because I was extremely unhappy with the customer service and overall experience at my previous location. From the moment I walked into Extra Space, the difference was night and day. Not only did they cut my monthly price by more than half, but the level of professionalism, kindness, and customer care was absolutely outstanding. Daeja and Erica went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and very stress free. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution. It’s rare to come across customer service like this anymore, and these two ladies truly made a frustrating situation turn into a great experience. If anyone is looking for storage and wants a place that actually values its customers, I highly recommend this location. Huge thank you again to Daeja and Erica for all your help!
