I’ve had a storage unit at Extra Space Storage for about two years, and I’ve had a very positive experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and secure. It’s easy to access, and everything has been well organized whenever I’ve needed to stop by. I also want to recognize Dustin for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, patient, and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. It’s obvious that he cares about helping customers and making the process as smooth as possible. I was happy with my decision to rent with Public Storage. There alot of options offered as to size, location and price depends on where in the city you choose to store your items. The best thing to do before you choose your space is to see the actual space you will be keeping your items. Then, go online and order your space. I did not expect that my storage area would be down a hallway, but it's easy to access. One idea I found helpful was to use two small areas so I can take my items out slowly by emptying one at a time; not to overwell myself by havingto unpack everything at the same time.
