You can tell this is a well managed location based on how clean the property was. Also the units were clean as well. The staff was friendly yet professional. They were transparent in explaining how the rentals worked. The payment options fit my needs. The location was conviently location close to two fast food locations. Ms Jackie, the property manager where I have my storage unit has been so very helpful and kind to me , she is very soft spoken and very respectful and I admire her for that. On several occasions when I was delivering things to my unit, she would be on the property checking everything , making sure ALL things were secured and in place , she would always stop and ask if I needed any help with anything to please let her know. It appreciated to know you have a valued employee like Ms Jackie working for you and taking care of your customers, please be good to her, she Works’ hard I’m sure and a bonus would be a nice surprise for her, she deserves that , at least for the respect and dedication she shows to her Elder customers. One of the cleanest, nicest, well maintained storage facilities I've used. Due to jobs and moving every couple of years I've had to use over a dozen different storage facilities across the US (including Alaska) and this one is by far the best I've ever done business with. They didn't jack up my rates at every opportunity like other places have. The staff has always been nice and polite. They have a dumpster that they allow people to use, the grounds are well kept, the hallways are well lit and clean.
