I am going to share my experience of how 3 public storage employees made my day. Ebony, Ann, and Trina are Team players for success of public storage. They went to great measure to make my purchasing storage space for my personal belongings that my needs where priority one I said something to Trina I was sorry to take her time from possibly other customers she immediately told me your my customer right now and later if you need my attention we will be there to help you. Wow I was shocked, and when I went to other public storage with Ann it was team work. Ann went right to work and in minutes everything was completed to my satisfaction. Then Ebony team player answered the phone late in the day and swiftly worked to help me with my purchase issue resolved it to my delight in minutes. I am happy to give kudos to all three team players successfully making my stay at public storage a happy occasion and Ann had me laughing so hard almost busted a gut. Thank you! Thank You! Thank You! Public Storage whoever hired these three did good. I hope they get recognized (Trina, Ann, Ebony) for their working so delinquently hard to make the customer happy!
