This is a long overdue but much deserved review about Kathy from Texas, one of the managers at Public Storage Kahala. Late last year, I wanted to consolidate two smaller storage units into one larger, more accessible (large sliding door, well-lit, closer to elevstors) unit. Kathy was incredibly efficient and effective in locating a suitable unit, and in helping me do the eletroonc paperwork to make the transition. She did this in the most professional, courteous, and friendly manner. A couple of weeks later, when I receiced my first bill by email, I noriced that I got a reduction in the rental rate. As it turns out, Kathy had on her own volition requested for a downward adjustment of my rent. As I'm sure she would be to any organization, Kathy is a real asset to Public Storage.
