I’ve had a storage unit at this Chicago location since 2015, before it became Storage Star, even though I now live out of town in Tampa. I recently came into town to check on my items and wondered whether the property might feel different under new ownership, but it was the same clean, bright, friendly place I’ve come to expect over the years. Because I signed up so long ago and was visiting from out of town, I had forgotten my unit number. Silvia at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Not only did she assist me right away, but she actually took the time to walk me up to my unit and help me find it. This was right after she had successfully handled the needs of multiple walk-in customers as I was coming into the office, which made her kindness and patience even more impressive. I had a great experience, and Silvia truly could not have been any nicer or more helpful. She put me at ease and made my trip in completely worthwhile...
