From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. James, the manager in charge, is truly outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about customers. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right unit, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. I don’t usually write online reviews, but this one is absolutely deserved. I’ve rented a unit at the 171 Bear Hill Road location for several years, and the facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. What truly sets it apart, however, is the manager—Yehiah. It’s rare to come across someone with such a high level of emotional intelligence and strong business judgment in customer service. Every interaction feels thoughtful, calm, and genuinely helpful—even in situations that could easily become stressful. During a recent visit, I saw this firsthand. While waiting in the office, there were two customers ahead of me. One was heading out with a small bag of trash, and Yehiah immediately offered to take it so they wouldn’t have to drive off with it. It’s a small gesture, but it speaks volumes. The other customer was clearly stressed, and Yehiah took extra time to walk them through their options, helping them plan ahead and ensuring they left feeling relieved rather than frustrated. When it was my turn, my own concerns were handled with the same care and attention. I’ve also interacted with other team members—Mark, Taylor, and Larry (who was filling in from another location)—and they were all helpful and professional. That said, Yehiah sets a particularly high bar. There’s a level of care and awareness here that’s hard to teach—you either have it or you don’t—and Yehiah clearly has it. If emotional intelligence and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset were superpowers, this would be their headquarters. As the saying goes, people may forget what you said or did, but they never forget how you made them feel—and in this case, I won’t forget either. Five stars are often handed out too easily, which can blur the line between good and truly exceptional. If I could, I’d add an extra one here—because this level of service is rare. I’m grateful to rent at this location and glad to recognize someone who makes such a consistent difference. I confidently recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage—you’re not just getting a unit, you’re getting peace of mind.

This is a lovely storage facility--clean, cool and modern. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. It's easy to access the units and everything is very secure. Highly recommend this business.

I’ve rented a storage unit at this Wheeler Rd Burlington location three years in a row to store my student’s belongings while away from school. Not only is the location conveniently located close to our Burlington Mall hotel and to the university, the staff have always been friendly and quick to respond if I’ve needed help or have questions. The climate-controlled units are very new and clean. Also, the building has a security system so that I feel safe while moving in or out.
