Well, after an unexpected surprise notice from our current storage, of impending closure, we were on the hunt for another location. We ended up choosing Rightspace. Pricing was a little more, however so was the storage space we chose. They offer inside climate control as well as non. We chose to go with the inside, because I know I don’t like sweating, so neither should our things! lol. Not to mention the majority of the items stored consists of Halloween props. Needless to say upon arrival, I was happy to see that they were secured. And had warning signs up (specifically loved the one about the snakes , so I won’t be feeding the wildlife!!!) Units are extremely nice and kept up, easy access to ours (thank you!). But, if you’re in need of storage, swing by and ask for Penny!! You won’t be upset!Grady Gray

If I could give this place a million stars I would!! Laura, the manager, is so kind and treats you like you are FAMILY. I had the bad timing of moving my stuff in right when a storm decided to show up and all of my stuff got drenched. Laura was so understanding and gave me access to another unit so that stuff could dry out, and then be transferred to my climate controlled unit. They really go above and beyond at this place. They are trustworthy and detailed. Even under stressful circumstances like a storm, they run a very tight ship with the grace of angels. Do not even think about storing your stuff at any other place. Bergstrom Storage is the place to go in Austin and I highly recommend them.
