We had originally reserved a storage unit with another company. After the movers completed their work and the trailer was fully packed, we arrived at the storage facility only to find that the access codes provided did not work. We had already paid the deposit, and the only option offered was to submit a support ticket—while the movers, who were being billed hourly, were on their way to unload. In a stressful situation, Public Storage on Lake Texoma Drive stepped in and saved the day. The manager on duty, Eyelish, quickly assessed availability and identified suitable units to resolve the issue immediately. She truly took ownership of the problem and helped us find a workable solution without delay. The facility was clean, and the service was excellent.
