Storage units in Town Creek, AL, and nearby areas

These people are very friendly and helpful with your storage needs. I have used them several times and I have never been disappointed. Years later they are just as helpful and friendly, prices are great and the facility is well maintained and monitored.

This place is great for any type of storage. It is located on modus Road by Austin high school.

I currently have a large, climate controlled unit that holds all of the things my apartment can't. Hubby and I are planning a big move cross country in a few years and are even talking the pros of getting a second unit instead of a larger rent house (all of our things would be in one general place when we do move). This is going to be cheaper that moving to a larger place with higher rent. We'd do it in the month before out big move...just take our stuff up. Tiberius is excellent at his job. He knows his stuff and we consider him a good friend, too.

Convenient and courtesy

The customer service at iStorage is top-tier with Meghan at the helm.

Quick and easy. I needed one fast due to my situation and i did everything online only took me about minutes. Customer support did amazing and understood the issues I had at first, but 10/10 stars not going to any other storage facility.??

They were very helpful in meeting my needs. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was not an employee in store for face to face interaction. The virtual person when I returned the uhaul truck was not as kind as he should have been!!!! I returned the rental truck to the Lindsay lane location as that is where I rented it from. The virtual lady at the cloverleaf location was very helpful. She gets 5 starts but the virtual guy at the Lindsay lane location needs some improvement on people skills.
