Hassle free , convenient location ( for us at least ) , units seem to be well kept. This location is smaller than a lot of places so not as many people coming and going. 10/10 Google asked me to update this review . . . . Prices have gone up over time of coarse, but other than that, still 10/10.. this location is clean and hassle free .

From my initial phone call to completing the rental of my additional storage unit, Donna and Rebecca provided exceptional customer service. They greeted me with warm smiles, made me feel genuinely welcomed, and were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything seamless, and even offered me water and ensured I was comfortable while completing my transaction. It’s the little details that make such a lasting impression. Donna and Rebecca truly went above and beyond. If every Public Storage had representatives like them, the company would set the standard for customer service across the industry. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and commitment to making customers feel valued are exactly what every business should strive for. I rented from this facility last minute with an out of state move. Linda was incredibly helpful and kind. We got my unit set up and the move in was seamless. Everything was on one level. There were a lot of carts to use while unloading my truck. It was clean and bright. It was a great experience.

Came in with my friend today to get a quote on an unit and hannah literally made our experience getting a unit so easy knows her numbers of every unit and when I’m ready to move im definitely speaking to her and no one else very trust worthy person!!!
