Storage units in Arizona

Doug is awesome

I compared about ten climate-controlled storage facilities across the Phoenix area before landing here, and BeSmart came out on top. John was genuinely helpful — answered every question directly and didn't do the usual runaround about pricing. It's family owned, and it shows in how you're treated. The whole building being climate controlled with an indoor loading bay sealed it for me. If you're storing anything you actually care about through a Phoenix summer, this is the place.

Amazing group of people they have!!

Anna was unbelievable! Such professionalism. My time there going through sizes of storage space and moving from another was handled exceptionally.??

Always easy to work with. Answer questions and concerns quickly. Makes life a little simpler

Worked with Brett, wonderful commentator, helpful and quick sign up.

Kristen and Laney were great. Very helpful. 5 stars.

Had a seamless experience renting a unit here. Mikayla was fantastic—super friendly, efficient, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. The facility is clean and secure. Highly recommend asking for Mikayla if you need storage!

Thank you Mike for helping me with the elevator ! Always a pleasure

I must say renting from Extra Space Storage has been the most experience in a very trying time of my life. It seems like every day I'm putting out 20 fires but I NEVER had to worry about our belongings. They were safe and protected in a climate controlled building. And the manager Sage went above and beyond what I have ever experienced in my 62 years on this earth. Her kindness and dedication to her clients is so heart warning ?? She made a difficult situation much easier and my fear of losing our belongings was alleviated. I can't thank you enough Sage and Jim, we truly appreciate you!

Very fast and easy! Vanessa Z was so kind and helpful and very patient !! Highly recommend!!

Thank you Andrew, really helpful in fixing a payment issue and answering a few other questions regarding a shared account. Really glad i got to speak with him to figure things out! Efficient and kind customer service. I'm so grateful he called me back (even when i missed his first call) i hope Extra Space appreciates you as much as us customers do!

Came in today looking for a storage to moving in my furniture Ted was so wonderful to find the right one to fit all my stuff I really recommend coming here very well maintained and clean.

I wanted to move up my payment date and called about it. Lena? Explained it perfectly and suggested the best date to do it. She was professional and considerate, two things that make an outstanding employee. Give her a day off, a pay raise and a promotion. She was amazing!!!
