Storage units in Arizona

Great experience and fabulous customer service! Sounds crazy but Annie actually made renting a storage unit fun! She was right on with the best price… do your homework first from the web and that price will be honored. Clean and safe… my most important top 2. Safety first ?? you can’t go wrong….and best prices around.

We have just rented 2 storage rooms from Greg one of the mgrs. We received excellent service, I would say above and beyond and other place. He is knowledgeable about all things related to storage and has helpful advice and information in the area. Highly recommend this storage facility. The rates lower than any other facility. And a huge bonus they actually answer the phone when you call.

I've rented twice before and I like the place and employees. So here i am again!

Gilbert was amazing! He's honest, transparent, attentive and is willing to go the extra mile to provide top tier customer service.. not great... TOP TIER. Though this location is much older than others in the area Gilbert makes the experience at this location so worth it. He deserves a raise or more acknowledgement for his great work, you can tell it's not just a job but a company and service that he believes in.

This has got to be the best storage facility I have ever stored at. Great location and excellent management! They have some great move in deals too! The manager Jeffrey definitely takes his time to explain everything about storing there and is very friendly.

9/18/2026 I am so pleased at the service I received from Mary B, at the Extra Space at the Priest and Baseline location, in Tempe. We are a military family, and have a ministry with several units around the country. We are so grateful for the kindness, professionalism and warm attitude Mary shows, whenever she helps us. Extra Space Storage co. is very special to us and we are grateful their units are kept clean and the employees are on their J-O-B! Thank you Mary! And thank you ES! LW

I needed a local storage space to transfer things to. I spoke with Judy at the local Extra Space. She led me through the steps and got things all squared away for my move.

I lost my key and it was very painless replacing my lock

David and Cat were awesome

Jamey was very helpful. Definitely recommend for any of your storage needs.

Dave and Garrett were great help. Thank you!

The place is clean and biggest cavioit is that it's not damp. Your tings are safe here

Deryk was very helpful with setting up the app and showing me around the building.

Great customer service and great pricing continently located near the square/downtown Prescott which is a plus. Good security too. FIVE stars all the way.
