I love Susan! She is the best Storage Unit Manager. She is the main reason I decided to stay at this specific Storage Unit! Every time I come to my unit, she's always greeting me with a smile and she even brought me a cold water.

I am satisfied. I couldn't have picked a better place to sign up. I did it online, saved tons and tons of money. I was about to go to U-Haul and get the same unit for over $100 which was incredibly expensive and with the cost of living right now I was trying to find something that was reasonable or here at any time storage. They gave me a price that no other place could give. I did it online. Spoke to customer representative. A new lady. I forgot her name but she was a new recruit and barely learning the process. But yeah she took the time to guide me and help me and got me to get everything done correctly to me. She was extremely professional for being a new recruit or should I say a team member of anytime storage?. She was patient. So kind and help me to the fullest. Anyone who's looking for a storage? Rest assured there ain't no better place than anytime storage. They've got small units, large units. They've got units to park your vehicle. If you want inside or outside. They've got so much to offer. Please take the time. It didn't take me but a fraction a second to sign up and like I said with the help of that young lady that help me over the line I was left in estate of complete satisfaction. Okie dokie. Jay is always helpful and most of all Eric who worked with me from the beginning in 2023. Everyone in this area at Extra Space Storage has been very helpful, no kidding.

The experience has been lovely so far. I leased my storage unit on the website, got my unit number & promptly received a welcome call from Rachel giving me the next steps. Once I went into the office, I was greeted by Ms. Rachel with an outgoing and friendly attitude and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! So far so good ??

The counter person at Storage Direct Self Storage was very helpful and accommodating when we rented our 10 X 10 unit. She showed us to our unit and made sure it was clean. I also thought the price was very reasonable compared to other places I had called.
