Storage units in Arizona

Clean, secure location, very helpful staff. I am very confident I made a good choice with this company.

Justin and his team are incredible at the Desert Cove/Scottsdale location. He is so helpful, professional and courteous. The facility is impeccably maintained and it's reassuring to know our valuables are in such a secure facility. This has been a great experience with Extra Space Storage.

Francis is such a kind and knowledgeable associate who helped us rent 2 storage units. She went above and beyond with her customer service. We appreciate her! Thank you for all your help!

Moving always brings stress right? I usually don’t leave reviews, but with this company I have to. So my family and I moved to Goodyear from Pinetop. That’s a good 3 1/2 hours. Pulling a trailer of furniture and household items is a A bit longer. So yeah, it was a stressful day of loading and making it down there to the storage unit, We arrived after dark so we arrived around 7:30- 8:00 Pm. We did over the phone payment, which was an ease simple and very helpful. Stress-free should I say. We get to the storage unit and we need to upload our ID for verification. We made one phone call spoke to the representative of Extra Space Storage and even with it being so late in the evening, stressed, worn out and tired, we had the most greatest arrivals that we could possibly have on a day like that. Everything went so smoothly that I’ve never had The end of a moving like this before. I wish every move would end like it did with extra space storage I give them a five star all the way.

Melissa was great she made the whole process easy

Very helpful!!

My experience at this Extra Space Storage has been great. Personally I have been going through a very tough time with my business partner and ultimately had to change storage units and my lease. Holly has been so kind through the process and made this much easier that it could have been. It’s not the location that matters as much as the property manager! Thank you Holly

Super easy going, very clear on the rules and what is expected, payment is easy, and no hidden fees, had this unit for over a year and have had no problems with the unit or anything, access hours are also very good 10/10 recommend
