Storage units in Arizona

My experience with StorAmerica has been nothing but positive. My interactions with Brittany has been wonderfull. She has a great attitude and very upbeat. So she gets a 10 + rating.

I had my unit here for about three years, and I was really happy with the experience. The place was always clean when I visited, and the facility felt secure, well gated, and lit. Management was always kind and friendly when I needed them. I’d definitely recommend this location!

Andrew and Drew were excellent in helping me find a storage for me and my family. They took the extra step in giving me a tour and showing me multiple units. The location is really clean and and has climate control too. They even had refreshments for when you are doing the lease or whenever you pop by.

Melissa was amazing! She helped me out with my move out and made everything go smoothly! Thank you so much

I was notified of a future significant increase in monthly rent so I made an appointment with Dave ( manager of the day at the Greenfield/ Baseline location). He was right on time at the office and was understanding, exploring my options. We walked around the location and I appreciate it's cleanliness as he stopped to pick up random littering on the ground at least 6 times (as I've notice), while conversing. Established temporary solution to my issue and allowed me some time to decide on my options. His attention and service was refreshingly different and appreciated. Public Storage should recognize this gentleman and that is how you keep your customers... at least for now. ....…............................................................................................................... Now, it is about 3 months later from previous post. Price of rental surged up after a short reprieve. I tried calling the corporate office but directed to the local manager. Rebecca returned my call and she was quite helpful in showing me my options in person. She was very understanding and answered all my questions. Looks like I may have to move out by the end of the month as there is a very significant increase in rental price from my original move-in price a year ago.
