Storage units in Colorado City, AZ, and nearby areas

I love this place. Easy to rent, best prices around.

I’ve been using this storage yard for my equipment for over two years and have had an excellent experience. The yard is accessible at all hours while still feeling secure and well-maintained, which gives me peace of mind when storing valuable equipment. Their communication is outstanding—especially when it comes to billing. We’ve had issues in the past with our accounts being compromised, which occasionally disrupted our payments. Each time, the staff reached out promptly by email, text, and even phone calls to make sure we didn’t incur late fees or risk losing our spot. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The team is friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. On top of that, their rates are among the most affordable in the valley.

Sean was great help signing up and moving in was easy

We rented two separate units at different intervals and the owners could not be more accommodating to our needs. Should we need storage in the future we will most definitely use Sand Cove Storage.

We have been very satisfied with our climate controlled storage unit. It was easy move in, easy move out and trips to storage unit were easy and efficient. We highly recommend Staci's!

Love these guys...they treat everyone fairly and Location is excellent.

Sherri and her Husband are awesome super nice people. Very helpful I can’t say enough about how good they are as a team. I’d recommend Keep Safe to everyone. ??????????

These guys were super easy to work with we didn’t encounter any problems whatsoever. We rented a 10 x 20 for around $120 a month which is a very fair price to ask and it was great to to rent here the gate always worked we never had any problems coming or leaving and they’re good people. I highly recommend storing your items here if you’re looking for a storage place.

It's new. I was the first tenant in my boat unit. Used it for business. Had bright lights and one power outlet in it which was perfect for a laptop and printer. The owner was good about negotiating a lower rate if I committed to at least one year of rent. Closed my business and cleaned up and they had great communication upon move-out and no hidden fees. Pros: Fantastic management, easy anytime access, secure, great features (in boat units), water spigot on site, close to landfill Cons: unbelievable amounts of dust (it's in an industrial area with lots of wind and dirt that finds its way into the unit and gets all over everything – not an exaggeration... everything!) Literally no other cons. Great place. Good people. Would recommend.

I’ve rented a 60ft rv/trailer parking spot for a year now. Getting set up was a bit difficult because their hours that someone is on site is odd, and I was still living across the country. But once we crossed that hurdle, it’s been smooth sailing for a year. Safe location, no hidden fees, you have access to your stuff 24/7. Highly recommend storing with them, we have referred several friends to rent from them too!

Very clean and safe place!
