Storage units in California

I have rented a storage Unit for 15 years from Crockers Lockers. Wendy is an excellent Manager and is always looking out for the property and her renters. The property is clean and well-lit at night and secure.

Great location, easy access, big elevator, and a very nice receptionist Wendy! I’ve been a tenant for a few years and I really appreciate it.

From the first day, staff was very accommodating, kind and friendly, after several months, more like 12 months, I was very excited to finally empty two units, what I didn't realize, until I left, was the friendship I had developed, I will miss the staff, but I let them know, I would come by and bug them and say hi since, I live close by, thank you all and I'll see you soon

Clean wonderful staff. Managers keep this facility clean for storage of our rv.

* * T h i s P o s t i s L o n g O v e r d u e * * On 06/18/25 A N G E L , provided a Friendly Smile and Greeting with an Upbeat Attitude and an Eagerness to be of Service while working the Front Desk. I introduced myself to Angel and presented him with a unique situation, one which he had no obligation to even entertain nor assist me with. . . One that I am certain most in his position would simply reply with a lazy " I am sorry, but I cant help you". . . However, Angel , was attentive, patient and companionate and took note of the situation I was presenting to him, as i was a bit emotional, grateful and hopeful for his demeanor and genuine concern to assist me. I explained to him that I have been in custody of some property of a dear friend who has since passed, sadly, due to him taking his own life. . . and that I unfortunately, may be facing foreclosure, and that I wanted to insure that his property was returned securely to his family where it belongs... But that I had lost all contact with them and all that I could recall is at onetime they had or have a storage unit with California MiniStorage and that I would be extremely grateful if I could get back in touch with them. Angel took my information, took what info I had on the family... (which was fragmented), researched their records, made contact with the family, conveyed my message to them... received their permission to inform me of the families protocols established with Angel for me to be able to safely return their loved ones property back them where it belongs. Angel, then followed up with me, leaving me a friendly energetic voicemail approx. 2 hrs. later from my initial . . . "well, here goes nothing"... approach... when I first walked into introduce myself to Angel. T H A N K Y O U A N G E L ! ! ! I know this review is lengthy and painfully detailed, yet so where Angel's efforts... and lets face it, if this were an unkind review or complaint many would not take issue with its length and harsh comments. I believe firmly, if we would stop to issue a complaint about someone. . . We owe them the same time, energy and paise of a T H A N K Y O U ! ! ! T H A N K Y O U A N G E L ! ! !
