Tamika was super helpful! Made the process super easy!! Will definitely come back ! Thank you Tamika!!

Controlled environment is so awesome. All summer long everything in My unit (which is onthe 2nd floor) stays nice and cool so I know my belongings are just the way I left them.

The storage facility is well maintained, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The waiting list is short, and the fees are reasonable. I highly recommend this facility.

My first time storing my boat at Outrig and so far I am very pleased with the facility and the people that work at Outrig. All my phone calls and interactions with the Outrig staff have been super helpful and friendly. Their communication is great and they are very responsive. I can usually speak with a person whenever I call them and they are always available to help. I have been dealing mostly with Cody who is great, but sometimes he has someone filling in and they are just as helpful. Before I moved in there was some stuff left over from previous tenant and I asked Outrig to make sure the items were gone before I moved in and it was taken care of. I also requested someone look at the roll up door because it was catching at the top and they had someone come and fix the door right away. The unit I have could use a little work, but so far it has worked out without any issues. But I'm sure if I have an issue it would get addressed right away. Cody mentioned the facility I was at was under new management and so far it has been great. I don't know how the previous management was but so far so good.

Called and Anthony helped me with all my questions. Couldn't ask for better staff!

Super easy move-in! The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
