Hello everyone, I am a brand new and a very happy and satisfied new customer! ?? Élite RV and Storage in Bakersfield is the BEST EVER place I ever rented from. I had several storages in Bakersfield where I stored classic vehicles and personal items for the last 15+ years in California but when I was looking for a bigger place to consolidate family and personal property plus a vehicle and put it all in one place then I found YOU! You have been a tremendous blessing and will I highly recommend YOU to others. YOU should built more places in Bakersfield but I will only suggest a bottom press automatic opener than the roll up gates. Some storages in Bakersfield have them. I am a retired nurse and I appreciate the cleanliness in the property. YOU also have the best Manager in Rose Garcia! She is definitely an asset to your facility and business. Rose is very kind, super understanding, very helpful and extremely professional. I truly enjoy going to the office and interacting with her. If Rose ever needs time off or for any reason you ever need my help part time or full time, or for temporary help in the office. ?? Please let me know, I will consider it because I can tell you are a very good company to work for… But Rose is wonderful and very sweet. She is a keeper!!! ?? Amazing facility. I came to look at the unit on Friday and met Trevor and amir. Both were fantastic people to talk to and feel great about putting my piano in one of your units. On the next day, Saturday, Billie took care of me and she was amazing as well! My piano is safe and sound and one of your 10x10s and you have no idea how grateful I am. Thank you thank you! Makes me want to own a franchise!

The facility is clean, secure, and the entire process was quick and stress-free. I highly recommend this storage facility and appreciate the excellent customer service!

Mike at Extra Storage in San Gabriel provided outstanding customer service! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the experience easy and stress free. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers! I highly recommend this location, and if you get the chance to work with Mike, you're in great hands.

The onsite manager, Kelli, was absolutely wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel right at home. The place is very clean, safe, and well kept. HIGHLY recommend getting a unit here if you’re in the market. Update as of 6/29/26. I needed to move units, a large one to a smaller one. The current onsite manager, Jim, was EXTREMELY helpful in the process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure it went smoothly. As previously reviewed, I would highly recommend West Coast Storage for all your storage unit needs.
