Best service during a busy, crazy time in life (moving) to another state. The agent explained everything to me, so helpful. Gave me some great ideas.

Place is super clean and my RV feels completely safe here. What stands out however is the customer service. I had the pleasure of being helped by Rochelle, who was extremely patient, professional and competent. I highly recommend to anybody looking for large vehicle storage or storage in general.

Speak to Dwayne he’s very professional. He knows everything about all the different sizes of storage units. He will walk with you and show you each and every unit and give His knowledge and what will work for you best. All the employees are very nice. They’re there to help ask them any questions. I’ve been a customer for four years going on five come February and it’s one of the best places.

Great place to utilize for storage. Cesar is always attentive and helpful which is why remain here and do not look elsewhere. One of the most helpful individuals who’s always very professional and polite. While onsite to pick up items he was extremely helpful to a bilingual prospective client who was smiling the entire time hey were communicating. Next thing I know he was setting client up in new storage. This place has space and is ready for providing a great service. Thank you Cesar for always going beyond.

I went to quite a few different storage vendors and all of the customer service reps worked remotely, I almost gave up. I came to Security Public Storage and was greeted by Robert and he showed me quite a few different units and we sealed the deal! I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service of Robert & Tiffany. 10/10 recommend.

This is a great facility! The management...specifically Jennifer and Kayla are the best! They both are professional and friendly! They keep the facility clean and and it's a convenient location and have the best rates! I highly recommend this facility especially because the people that work here treat you like a human being...with respect and kindness while maintaining professionalism! Update: I've had a storage here for about 6 or more months and just wanted to add that this has continued to be a great facility and I have continued having a positive experience renting here. Jennifer is the sweetheart and Kayla is got the patience of a saint! I appreciate the staff here so very much and want to thank them for being both professional , helpful, understanding and just down to earth dencent people. It's hard to find people like that anymore it seems so I'm grateful for having found this place and being able to rent here. Plus the facility is clean, and the location is convenient.
