Gratitude and Recognition for Exceptional Service at Nova Adelanto I am writing to formally express my sincere gratitude and respect for the outstanding professionalism demonstrated by the team at your Adelanto facility. When Daisy left, I felt considerable uncertainty regarding my continued account with Nova Storage. Transitioning to new management can often introduce friction, but Jimmy has completely transformed my experience. His deep industry expertise, impeccable operational demeanor, and clear dedication to client satisfaction quickly put my concerns to rest. Jimmy, alongside the rest of the Adelanto staff, seamlessly balances high-level professional competence with authentic, personalized customer care. He handles every interaction with efficiency, clarity, and an approachable warmth that instills total confidence. To be entirely candid, Jimmy’s exemplary standard of service and the trust he has established are the primary reasons I remain a loyal customer at this facility. Please extend my sincere commendation to Jimmy and the entire Adelanto team for their exceptional work. They represent the gold standard of Nova Storage, and their efforts do not go unnoticed. I have stored here for years, and I chose it because of the brick wall around most of the facility, which hopefully is limiting access and infestation by varmints, unlike some places with open fences by open fields. The staff here have been friendly and helpful with my needs.

Misty was great and explained everything extremely well.
