Khail was exceptional and very professional. He took care of me in a matter of minutes. My issue was resolved with No problems. You should make him as manager because the current manager doesn’t do shit. The five star rating is for KHAIL not ExtraSpace storage. The elevator doesn’t even work. That is so unacceptable and they only have movers on Saturday. So if you’re waiting to move your stuff, please wait until Saturday so the movers can help you move up and downstairs so that you don’t have to worry about walking all your items up several flights of stairs .

I have hardly EVER granted all the stars. Extra Space Storage needs 10 stars! Extra Space Storage deserves every star I can give. What stood out to me wasn’t just the facility it was the people. Jesus showed a level of patience and sincerity that you rarely see. He took his time showing me different units, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I felt comfortable. The entire property was immaculately clean, the security was top tier, and fire safety measures were visible throughout the building. It immediately gave me peace of mind. Chelsei was just as exceptional. When she called, I was overwhelmed and emotional while dealing with my insurance adjuster. She didn’t rush me. She offered compassion, apologized for what my family had gone through, and reassured me that our storage space would be secure and ready when we arrived. That kindness mattered more than she knew. When I visited the facility, the professionalism was consistent. The units were spacious, with high ceilings, wide hallways, elevators, transparent pricing, a direct line to the location, and even an app for remote entry and account access. Jesus walked me through every feature with genuine care. What truly sets this location apart is their integrity. Extra Space Storage showed up for the community during the Palisades Fire quietly, sincerely, and without seeking publicity. And even though my family’s fire wasn’t part of that event, they showed up for us with the same level of compassion and support. No cameras. No spotlight. Just real people doing right by their community. That’s what a community hero looks like. That’s the kind of business you recommend, uplift, and stand behind. I recently came in to Public Storage not entirely happy with the unit I had, and Heather in the office completely turned my experience around. She took the time to actually listen, walked me all the way out to show me a different unit, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Super friendly, genuinely kind, and just an all-around great attitude. You can tell she actually cares about the people she's helping — not just checking boxes. Such a great experience with showing up for my reservation and getting my storage today. The women at the front Marcela and Lizette were so helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a tour prior to purchase and were incredibly helpful with my questions. The facility is incredibly clean and organized and I would definitely recommend. ???
