I’ve been keeping a couple things here for gardening and mario hasn’t had a problem with us at all and always a good guy and won’t disturb you. A couple different options in sizing for self storage are offered here and have no complaints, you won’t be bothered at all here, very calm place.

Great service, always kind and willing to help or answer any questions. Alonso was very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend as a storage facility.

Hi there I just wanted to say that I always have a great and professional experience while visiting public storage on industrial way in Napa. As it is most people don’t realize when you have a storage unit you might have other things going on in your life. You’re always helpful and friendly and I feel good when I come in and when I leave, thank you to the staff there.??

My first time storing my boat at Outrig and so far I am very pleased with the facility and the people that work at Outrig. All my phone calls and interactions with the Outrig staff have been super helpful and friendly. Their communication is great and they are very responsive. I can usually speak with a person whenever I call them and they are always available to help. I have been dealing mostly with Cody who is great, but sometimes he has someone filling in and they are just as helpful. Before I moved in there was some stuff left over from previous tenant and I asked Outrig to make sure the items were gone before I moved in and it was taken care of. I also requested someone look at the roll up door because it was catching at the top and they had someone come and fix the door right away. The unit I have could use a little work, but so far it has worked out without any issues. But I'm sure if I have an issue it would get addressed right away. Cody mentioned the facility I was at was under new management and so far it has been great. I don't know how the previous management was but so far so good.
