Just started storing at the Outrig facility with on site repairs the beginning of winter. Brought out the trailer for an early camp trip and found multiple leaking fittings which threatened to end the trip before it began. The onsite repair manager and Charlie, a tech, were phenomenal. They stopped everything they were doing two days in a row (multiple leaks found) to fix both leaks. Charlie took the time to show me the tools, parts. and techniques for repairing the fittings and I immediately went home and overnighted all the tools and parts from Amazon. The next morning, before leaving, I found two more leaking fittings. Since I had the tools and know how, I fixed both in about 15 minutes and was on the road. Can’t thank these guys enough for their expertise and teaching. Quick, easy, and painless. Rented a 12ft trailer to haul some things to donation, dump, and recycling. Trailer was ready to go and clean. Paperwork was quick. Staff was super helpful and polite. I was hooked up and driving away with the trailer in a matter of minutes. This is, by far, the best run facility I have ever worked with. The prices are the same as everybody else, but the service is **the best**. (Note: trucks can't be over 26'.) 2026 Edit: Still have a locker here. It's still a squeaky clean facility, still well run, and still very safe.
