Steve was patient and professional! Thanks Steve

Have rented a unit here for many years and have always been a happy customer. Friendly and helpful staff running a clean and well maintained property with easy and convenient access even after office hours. Great business!

Irene made the process quick and easy

Did my rental and came in and Sherly was great.

Very efficient, very helpful extremely nice and welcoming. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the ease with which I can get to my unit. Thanks especially to Nancy, whose kindness and patience made doing business a pleasure.

The agent, Laura was very patient and helpful in getting us the unit we needed. She made the move in process seem less.

Great service! Friendly and very efficient! Would recommend!

A huge thank-you to Mia and OJ for the absolutely outstanding customer service! I had a frustrating experience trying to reserve a unit online at another facility (different company), but Mia completely turned the situation around. From the moment she answered the phone, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to listen, explain my options and pricing, and find the best solution for me. When I came in, both Mia and OJ were incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I ended up with a much nicer facility, larger unit and at a better price! I couldn’t be happier with my experience thus far. Mia and OJ are fantastic, and their customer service really stands out. Thank you both so much—and apologies for taking so long to post this review! You absolutely deserve the recognition!

Gisette is a great help when you come to this public storage when moving in she makes it very easy

Ive been there a very very long time they have always worked with me even throughout my heath issues and financial crisis..they always worked with me and never licked me out of my unit

Irma made the rental experience easy and efficient. Her personality is so well suited for this position as talking with customers and explaining all the details of a rental can sometimes be confusing and laborious but easy with her. Irma is both patient and knowledgeable. I can't say enough how wonderful she was with my husband and myself as she walked us through the rental with ease!
